| Contest Terms & Conditions |
| 1. The sponsor of the Contest is Hi-Tech Seals Inc. 2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. 3. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their Province of residence, and are a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec). All eligible entries received that include contact information will be entered into the contest to win the prize specified below. Officers, directors, representatives, and employees of HI-Tech Seals Inc., their affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective advertising, promotion, publicity, production, judging agencies, and members of the immediate family of these employees and retirees or any person with whom they are domiciled (“Customers”). 4. CONTEST PERIOD: Starting on 12:00 a.m., Mountain Standard Time, January 1, 2017 to 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, June 30, 2017. 5. Prizes: 1. Standard Survey Prize: The prize is an Apple TV, chosen by the contest sponsor, up to a value of $119.00 CAD. 2. Extended Survey Prize: The prize is an Apple iPad Air, chosen by the contest sponsor, up to a value of $519.00 CAD. 6. CONTEST ENTRY: Upon completion and submission of the standard survey, eligible customers will be entered into the contest for one (1) chance to win (ie one entry) the Standard Survey Prize. During the survey, contestants are offered the ability to opt-in to the extended survey. Upon completion and submission of the extended survey eligible customers will be entered into the contest for one (1) chance to win (ie one entry) the Extended Survey Prize. To enter, complete the online survey found at www.hitechseals.com/survey.asp. 7. RESTRICTIONS: Each entrant is eligible to participate only once per quarter. The first eligible quarter is January 1, 2017 thru March 31, 2017. The second eligible quarter is April 1, 2017 thru June 30, 2017. Etc for the 3rd and 4th quarters. Hi-Tech Seals Inc. and their affiliated companies, are not responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections. Hi-Tech Seals Inc. and their affiliated companies are not responsible for any inaccuracies in information which may be used in the Contest, or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries, including data entered by contestants. Hi-Tech Seals Inc. and their affiliated companies reserve the right to discontinue the Contest at any time, in which event, only entries received prior that date will be considered. 8. ODDS: The odds of being randomly selected to win a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each applicable Contest Period. 9. Prize Draw: The Prizes will be awarded by a random computer generated numbers. Each draw will be held at 9211 41 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6E6R5. The winners will be drawn July, 2017. 10. NOTIFICATION AND AWARDING OF PRIZE: Winner(s) will be notified by email or via telephone and will be required answer a skill-testing question. If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or fails to answer the skill-testing question as required, or if the Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. If prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner will be selected. By participating, a winner, except where prohibited by law, grants Hi-Tech Seals Inc. and their affiliated companies the right to use the winner's name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, voice, biographical information and written submissions and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless required by law. 11. Entries and other submitted material become the property of Hi-Tech Seals Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned. Hi-Tech Seals Inc. and those working for or on the behalf of Hi-Tech Seals Inc., will not be responsible for lost or incomplete email, or submissions, and for Internet, computer hardware and software, phone, and other technical errors, malfunctions and delays. In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized holder of the email account listed on the entry. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person to whom an email address is assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Copies of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Hi-Tech Seals: Contest Rules, 9211 41 Ave NW Edmonton, AB T6E 6R5. 12. Hi-Tech Seals Inc. reserve the right in their sole discretion to modify or cancel all or any portions of the Contest because of technical errors or malfunctions, viruses, hackers, or for other reasons that corrupt the Contest in any manner. Hi-Tech Seals Inc. also reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Official Rules, who attempts to enter the Contest in any manner or through any means other than as described in these Official Rules, or who attempts to disrupt the Contest or to circumvent any of these Official Rules. 13. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and these Official Rules and to comply with all federal, provincial and local laws and regulations. All federal, provincial and local taxes are each winner's sole responsibility. The prizes will be awarded as advertised. No prize substitutions, transfers, or cash alternatives permitted, except Hi-Tech Seals Inc. reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at Hi-Tech Seals' discretion. By entering, each winner accepts all of the conditions, restrictions, requirements, and/or regulations required by Hi-Tech Seals Inc. and also agrees to accept delivery of prize. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, picture, likeness, address (city and state), and biographical information for advertising and publicity purposes for Hi-Tech Seals Inc. and for this and/or similar promotions, without compensation. 14. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Hi-Tech Seals Inc., their affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from any damage, injury, death, loss, or other liability that may arise from entrant's participation in the Contest or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. All entrants agree that Canadian law shall apply exclusively to the Contest and that any dispute with respect to the Contest shall be resolved in either the federal or provincial courts located in the province of Alberta. 15. To obtain a list of prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Hi-Tech Seals Inc. Prize Winners, 9211 41 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 6R5. 16. Contest is void in Quebec, and where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. 17. Under no circumstances will Hi-Tech Seals Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies be required to award more Prizes than what is indicated in these Rules or award the Prizes other than in accordance with these Rules. 18. All personal information is collected and used as set out in these rules and the GDPR. Hi-Tech Seals collects, name, address, phone, email and company information as needed to award prizes, and survey results are used for quality and training purposes. The Hi-Tech Seals website uses cookies to determine entry eligibility. No tracking of I.P. address or other identifiable information is used. Data collected for the Customer Satisfaction Survey is kept for a minimum 6 years, and as long as required by the Hi-Tech Quality assurance department, for comparison and training purposes. H-Tech Seals does not sell or otherwise release any information collected to any 3rd parties, with the exception of a list of winners which may be used for Hi-Tech promotional purposes. |

Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their Province of residence, and are a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec). The odds are dependent on the number of entries. Maximum of one entry per quarter as defined by the CONTEST RESTRICTIONS.
