Customizing Your Urethane Solution

BoKure™ urethane compounds are made using high performance resins, curatives, and additives, with each possessing their own set of unique capabilities and advantages. We can assist with selecting the ideal compound for the application and environment demands. When creating a BoKure™ urethane product there are two main types of urethane, polyethers and polyesters.

Polyester advantages:
  • Oil and fuel resistance
  • High shock absorption
  • Great dynamic properties
  • Increased resistance to heat aging
Polyether advantages:
  • More flexibility over polyesters
  • Remarkable hydrolysis resistance
  • Good moisture resistance
  • Excellent low temperature performance

Durometer

BoKure™ urethane components can span a broad range of hardness, from as soft as an eraser to as hard as bowling ball. Hi-Tech Seals can maintain urethane’s toughness and resilience while manufacturing components from Shore A and Shore D durometers. When needed, parts can be dual durometer or made from more than one durometer.

Custom Colours

Standard BoKure™ urethane colour is black. When asked we can create your component in a custom colour such as red, yellow, orange, green, blue, white, or your corporate colours.

Logo & Part Numbers

Having identification marks on your components can help increase brand awareness, identify proprietary parts, and help with the reordering process. At Hi-Tech Seals you can further tailor the cast urethane component to include company name, logo, or part number information.
